No. Jims Custom Printz currently ships within the UK only. International delivery is not currently available.
Your T-shirt is produced before being dispatched, so delivery time includes both production and shipping. Check the estimated delivery information shown during checkout for the latest estimate.
Check the size information on the individual product page before ordering. Measurements can vary between T-shirt styles.
Yes. Our T-shirts are printed to order, meaning your tee is produced after you place your order.
Our T-shirts are printed to order especially for you. If you’ve ordered the wrong size or colour, or simply changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible so we can advise you on the options available. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We’ll review the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Please contact us before returning anything. In many cases, clear photographs will be enough for us to investigate and you may not need to send the item back.
Please check the size guide carefully before ordering because each T-shirt is produced specifically for your order. If you’ve selected the wrong size, contact us and we’ll let you know what options are available.

Follow the care instructions supplied with your garment. Washing inside out and avoiding excessive heat can help protect the printed design.
